In a meeting on Tuesday
in Asharqia Chamber.
The
Director General of the Institute of Public Administration in the Eastern Province,
Dr. Muhammed Bajnaid, and the coordinator of the Business Center Institute, Mr.
Muhammed Al Hussein, reviewed the training and consultation services offered by
the Institute and the private sector .
Dr. Bajnaid
said that the Institute includes a business center that benefits from the
expertise of the Institute for nearly 60 years in the fields of administrative
development and provides its training and advisory services to its clients in
the public and private sectors, and that besides the included scientific cadres
qualified from the top international universities, includes a training environment, starting with the identification of needs and then
design, implementation and evaluation.
He
explained the services provided by the business center, whether in the field of
training or studies and consulting, which amounted to more than 2390
consultations, as well as the provision of administrative and logistical
support services.
Dr. Bajniad,
talked about the automated system to identify training needs and measure the effect of training, indicating that it is an
easy and easy system to be provided to the public and private sector at the
same time, as the training needs of the employee are defined according to the
needs of the strategic enterprises and the job that he occupies or is ready to
occupy. It is cost effective because it does not require costly surveying,
evaluation or consulting services, as well as the possibility of using it at
any time and the procedures for its implementation do not require much time.
For his part, Mohammed Al Hussein said
that the training services provided by the center to the public and private
sectors focused on providing four types of training programs, such as public
programs for government and private sector employees, preparatory programs,
English programs for the private sector and individuals, and special programs.
A. Al
Hussain said that the center directs training in various fields such as:
business administration, health and engineering administration, law,
information technology and office management, organizational behavior, English
language and public relations.
As for consulting
services, Al
Hussain said that the center provides consulting in the financial and human
resources sectors as well as the administrative sectors within the
institutions. He pointed that the center has many professional consultants that
hold doctorate and master degrees, besides the financial, human and
administrative consultancy and economic projects as well as marketing.
At
the end of the meeting, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Asharqia Chamber, Muhammad Saad Al Faraj, presented a memorial shield to Dr.
Muhammed Bajnaid.
